Each cake tier contains four even layers of moist fluffy sponge filled with 3 layers of filling per tier. Fondant iced 

cakes are coated in a thin layer of white/dark chocolate ganache before covering in fondant. This provides the 

foundation for a smooth & flawless finish keeping the cake moist.
