To begin with, please contact A Cake Occasion with details of your big day. I would need your wedding date and venue, I can then check availability for the date you require and provide you with an estimated quote. 

Every cake I create is completely bespoke, so its difficult to have a set price list. To enable you to have an idea of pricing please send over any styles of cakes you like and include how many the cake would need to feed. 

Cake sample boxes can be purchased if you wish to try before you buy. Sample boxes are £20.00 this amount is deducted from your booking fee should you wish to book in with A Cake Occasion.

If you are happy with the estimated quote, a £50.00  booking fee is required to secure your date. Once the date is secured a wedding cake consultation will then be booked approximately 4 months prior to the wedding. We can then discuss the style, design and flavours in more detail. Your consultation includes cake tasting on the day.

The final cake balance for your wedding cake will be due 4 weeks before your wedding date. 

I will liaise with florists, venue dressers and your venue to arrange timings for delivery and set up of your wedding cake.

Your cake will be delivered to the venue in separate tiers which will then be stacked and decorated once at the venue. I do not travel with stacked wedding cakes.
